In this Project, I used XPath (XML) and the Selenium package to build a web scraper that extracts data from a reef webpage. Specifically, I created scraper that extracts reef and marine data from different countries. In the following sections, I demonstrate the step-by-step process of building this web scraper using R and finish with some ways to visualize and analyse the extracted data.
